The b&w is definitely a good choice. Since there already is noise in the sky, maybe the image would be better with even more noise to achieve a more rough feel (or retake with higher ISO speed if possible).
Maybe not.

Good capture, nontheless. Composition is nice; the subject occupies a good portion of the image.

wow this is really great :) the composition is fantastic and i love the B&W. The angle is really cool and the contrasts are good... the words on the building really add to the image... they make it more than just an average architecture shot. Great job :D
