Portland's Finest by =brandonwitzel I'm DD'ing this for the girls face. And the guy on the cell phone. Whilst looking at various elements to this photo I then saw the title, "Portland's Finest" and fell out of my friggin' chair! (Suggested by *Ciril and Featured by `cweeks)
